
Cut! is a fast-paced card game about creating a campy slasher film. Players must compete to become the most memorable character while at the same time working together to create a script that audiences can follow.




At the beginning of the game, players get a character card which tells them the traits of their character, where they gain points if they play cards that are advantageous to their character and they lose points if they play cards that are disadvantageous for their character.
In this project, I had a hand in the design of the cards above, and I assisted in the creation of the gameplay mechanics and ruleset. As the project was a final for a class, the team had a very limited amount of time to develop the game, and has not been playtested to the point of polish. Below is the design document for the game.
